Induction Day: Changing Shift Pattern

Post by barnaby »

Does anybody know if it's at all possible to change your agreed shift pattern when arrive for your Induction Day for Christmas Casuals. When I spoke to the Recruitment Advisor from the Royal Mail recently, he said that he wasn't able to change it, but that I might be able to ask my line manager on the day.

I was booked to do a 6-2 shift, but now because of transport issues, I'll have to change to a later shift.

Do anyone know if that's possible?

You can switch shifts however it's totally down to your floor manager if he will let you do so, it's not guaranteed that you will be allowed to change you may be stuck.
