Mon 8:00-3:30
Tue 8:00-3:30
Wed 7:30-3:30
Thu 7:30-3:30
Fri 7:30-3:30
Sat 7:40-3:28 (7:45-3:26 if on 1 in 4 sat off)

those are some s**t hours! our latest day is 14:05, if i was in your office i would NEVER do a minutes overtime! This time of year they rely on our goodwill to work over & complete the walks, with finishing times like you have what goodwill can they expect? piss

how do the folks with children get on with those Finishing times?

They don't. finish at 4pm parents have no hope. I know, little miss has to wait on their own til mummy gets to pick up from school. How family friendly is that.

Pros and cons to our start time. I must admit I prefered to start at 5:45 pre revision but now it is nice to have an extra hour or so in bed. Most lads dont do overtime in our office but there are a few who do do extra to clear the office. I do complete myself and may do a bit extra the odd day, not to help managers out but to get a few extra pounds in my pocket as I have a young baby to support. I'm lucky my wife and I have good parents who look after our little one. It is tough for people who have kids at school as they have kids to pick up so you can understand why they don't do a minutes overtime. This time of the year though by the time we finish our normal round it's nearly dark so your doing extra in the dark. There is talk of a change of times to start earlier but we shall wait and see if they change
