Personally I give the floater naff all ,if they want to fly round delivery and wouldn't say good morning to anybody then they reap what they sow .

my tips should be rotten this year I am on a totally different area now after the revision ... should be nowhere near my usual £600 + .... but then I don't really celebrate Christmas ... so I am not overly bothered

Just about to complete the re pick, going live with everyone's new walks starting Monday. Had a vote to keep things as they are until 6th Jan so as to get Xmas out of the way and secure Xmas tips.

That makes a lot of sense, householders are probably more likely to tip their regular postie who has given them good service throughout the year, instead of the new guy who has only been doing the round for a few weeks.
