right lads..... havent been paid properly now for 10 weeks was owed 120 hours at one point.... unions been on it got done everything they can hr been onto the matter, pay systems have been set up for me.nothings comming from it lost a fortune due to tax / student loans getting paid big lumps .... checked my wageslip today another 10 hours down
can i take this to a solicitor? whats the best and higest route to take

just a point, you have not "lost a fortune due to tax / student loans" they are a percentage of your annual wage so you over the year you will not lose out, yes you probably paid a big amount now, but it will even out over the course of the year

Get back to your rep and let him deal with it, only solicitor you need is paid by union and only in exceptional cases will they use one and your nowhere near that.

What's the reason they've given for not paying you the correct money? I've found HR in Sheffield useful for stuff like this.
