Mine says 'hired and start date agreed'... yet I've heard nothing from them and it's said that for about a week.

Did you not get a letter with your start date on the top when you went for your interview? there was no phone call at all for me after the "hired and start date agreed" updated on their website, just turned up on the day of shift.

Hi,
please help me,
I got an offer letter for royal mail Christmas job after i attended the registration event but the problem is my status. Normally once the registration event completed means they put PROCESSING SECURITY CHECKS in the status but in my status they put like TRANSFER PROCESSED, i don't know what does it mean?
What can i do for this, shall contact them or should wait for the changes?????

Was wondering the same thing as my status is now also showing as TRANSFER PROCESSED (until last week it was still showing as INTERVIEW BOOKED, having had the registration and interview on October 2nd)! This is for Croydon Mail Centre and my offer letter from the registration says start December 3rd. Any info or confirmation of what "TRANSFER PROCESSED" means will be welcome.

Edit: the most recent email in my Royal Mail inbox is the confirmation of appointment when I booked the registration.

Correct me if I am wrong but could this mean that you are being transferred to a waiting list?
