Only the union reps........(That's just a poor joke)
We don't get a penny when we go on strike.
We are all going to lose money standing up for our principles, or tilting at windmills - whichever you prefer.
The societies of consumption and squandering of material resources are incompatible with the idea of economic growth and a clean planet.

It's all relative - if your current job involves, say, dragging your scrotum over bloken glass on a daily basis, then RM will seem like ballbag relieving Heaven.

Just take the mick knowing your going to go over your time but expecting you to do it plus lapsing!!! When you walk in and your walk shpould be prepped up but its not, never done to experienced posties. However when i have been sent to surrounding offices the experience can be totlly different, just cross your fingers for a decent office,

where you from gullet im from east sussex, what shop did u leave? the money is better at rm , but saying that at least i know where i stand in my job now , i finish on time get paid all my overtime and get on very well with all the managers, no one takes the piss , so if that happens at my new job i will tell them to jog on. whats lapsing mate?

Royal Mail give a low hours contract so they can pay you 1hr overtime every day and to make saving in

Sick Pay (after 12 months - no sick pay in first 12 months)
Holiday Pay (pay you X amounts of hours instead of X+5 hours every week)
Bonus (Smaller Pro Rata)

and stuff like that this means a bigger saving for the management and it go to their bonus system.
:no no
