Oh we've already had that - D2D? had to accept the delivery supplement because they threatened to pull the plug, BT2010 if that has not proved to be an attack on T&Cs I'll show my ars* on the town hall steps, the disparity between full and part time, the recruitment of part timers to fill full time roles, an any time delivery span as an enabler - the nature of the beast is threat and that isn't going to go away. Did the union capitulate or did the members vote to accept?74tower wrote:fishtank wrote:What would be Royal Mail's big threat?74tower wrote:What is meant is look at grangemouth , unite folded after the threat of closure , if the threat is big enough the union will give in , maybe not this time but in the near future , my apologies if I didn't make my post clearer .
It would have to be something that works for Royal Mail so what would it be?
Try jobs ! T and C !
