union finished
now relying on goodwill from managment
no bargaining power themselves

meaning big pay cuts coming up

How fortunate it isn't our union or our problem because we don't work in Grangemouth.

Now can we put Grangemouth to bed and concern ourselves with the CWU, maintaining discipline in the forthcoming strike and ballots, our terms and conditions, pay and pension.

If the TUC gave a sh*t about workers and their rights perhaps they could have become involved and got ACAS on board who could have brokered a better deal.............. though on second thoughts

A work to rule will not work it will only end up with our colleauges getting suspended and offices taking unofficial Industrial action . Unfortunatly there are enough people in the smaller delivery units that will not go on strike on 4th November . I fear Moya & crew are still playing a wait & see game to see how well supported the strike will be . I hope that I am wrong !
