I got interview/assessment for Christmas casual in mail processing centre next week, this is my first time and i am not sure what is included in the interview and assessment stages.
Can anyone please tell me what soft of questions are asked in the interview?
What is the assessment? tests (if so what?) or something else?
online everyone is saying something different. Can anyone who done interview/assessment this year please tell me how was it and what have they done in the 30 minute slot.
Should i be scared?

At the registration event I went to the other day, they only checked my documents, asked me to sign the terms and conditions and offered my a shift straight away.
No questions about history or anything like that.
