I received a P45 in the post yesterday from Anguard : no note : no explanation : no nothing : so don't know why and they do not answer their emails : are they for real or what?
Anguard are consistently famous for their lack of communication : the few shifts I had as a casual, I never received a payslip - I email. they don't reply - I ring they don't phone back.
They asked me a while back for dates I was free on the run-up to Xmas : I dutifully replied and got nothing back (as always) - till yesterday - ugh!!!!
This latest stroke of theirs just takes the biscuit in my opinion.
They are not to be trusted at all.

Re: P45
In the words of Alan Sugar......your fired!
Angard will argue that you were given the opportunity to work shifts (you may have missed the calls) they won't admit to you ringing them and expressing an interest to "stay on the books". I had the exact same problem last Christmas after Canterbury MC closed but I was aware that it was going to be used for Christmas 2012. However as I hadn't had any shifts for a number of weeks I was first refused any work because I needed "re-vetting" then to add insult to injury just after Christmas my P45 arrived. Not even a covering note acknowledging I had worked for Angard.......B****stards.
