It does say after many :cuppa meetings with cwu but they are a bit too close to royal mail managers nowadays. Some favours given somewhere?
Why are lino's paid full-time ??

Thanks for the replies guys and gals , thanks to GF and his scanner!
If the managers did some , just some work and get out the office and see why some are back early and some late then we shouldn't have these sneaky proposals, being bullied to sign things like these.
All I want is a fair days pay for a fair days work, making the decision to deliver that d2d to every house on that section of frame with no mail , or whether Mrs Bloggs slippers should wait til the next day.
And not just do the d2d and dsa crap and bring large packets back if you feel stressed but face my wrath the next day because i won't be still here after 12!

Tell them you wont be signing s**t and you will abide by national agreements, but that if you feel others are being treated favourably over yourself then you will have no other option than take out a grievance.

I can't believe this s**t!! :arrrghhh :arrrghhh :arrrghhh :arrrghhh :arrrghhh

Option A says it's binding for 12 months so how exactly are they intending to cover the Christmas Pressure period?

Also, if your office has P&L, what happens if one partner chooses option A and the other chooses option B?
