It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

Saw the ebay item together with the hilarious description which would have made great reading on the front of a Sunday paper!

Guess what? Miserable Ebay have just deleted it! No sense of humour!

Anyone who missed the Ebay item.......I saw it was an official RED rm elastic band for sale at 1 pence. The postage cost was listed at £30,000

Also a picture of Royal Mail grave stone, etc, etc, etc,

Anyway, it made me laugh!
