Like most problems on here I suppose it depends on your own Office circumstances and the local situation. As TBT says this problem may well need testing, and some areas are obviously going to have Keener Traffic Wardens than others.

At my office there is nowhere near enough space in our yard and because of local residential parking restrictions 16 of our vans are parked overnight at the nearby railway station. Royal Mail are paying £350 per van, per year for the privilege.
