I don't work Mondays and I'm in deliveries and I will be on the picket line that day. If the mythical £300 appears in my bank account I WILL donate it to charity and I'll publish the cheque stub on here. I certainly wouldn't want to profit for a freak of shift pattern. If the union are worth their salt they will ensure that the £300 or any other ex gratia payment is across the board. As a matter of interest the back pay for a full timer is about £300 now

No just doing the knowledge but have legal people very close to me.

Sorry there is one moya has said she will pay it . She has put in writing via courier and it's on Royal Mail website. I think your find cwu don't pay your wages. Correct me if I am wrong..

They could but Royal Mail want to resolve this dispute and paying blood money to strike breakers is not going to resolve this dispute,It's going to prolong it.
They are not stupid,they will test the resolve of the members by dangling the carrot but they will not provoke the members and strengthen the resolve of those who ignore it by actually paying the £300.
That would be counterproductive.
