So are the two sides talking still - our reps are not saying. What is likely to happen next or is this going to drag on like the Post Office strikes? is there ever going to be a better offer on the table?

That's what most of us would like to know and in particular if Royal Mail have accepted the invitation since the ballot result was announced.
