Free Shares ?
There has been some debate in our office regarding the Free Shares. Can anyone clarify the situation of whether or not you lose the Free Shares if you take part in Industrial Action ? I know what the manager would say (he'd probably lie to staff just to make them cross the line).

FREE shares our ours wot ever happens the strike is legal.shares are the last thing on my mind at the moment theres 3 to 5 years to think about them.sod the shares stand up and lets be counted or we will be looking for another job.

Im only here to clarify it on behalf of some colleagues. I personally will be on strike and sent in my 'Yes' vote the day i got the ballot paper, which is more than i can say for the 22% who voted 'No' and the 46000 staff who couldn't be arsed. So can anyone clarify this or not ?

As Clash has alluded to, it's a load of bollocks. The free shares are not linked to any industrial action

Our gaffer said to us he could go round our house and sleep with the wife of anyone who went on strike. It was in BT2010 apparently. I must admit, can't remember it being highlighted at the time.
