Oh No another uninformed Opinion

Why.

Their offer makes me Â£30 a week worse off.

They want me to work longer than 40 hours per week but only pay me for 40

They want to be able to change my shift at 24 hrs notice and I wont be able to say no because I have other commitments.

They want me to deliver mail later in the day but collect it earlier.

They want me to do other peoples work when they are on sick or holiday as well as my own, but if I go over 8hrs a day they wont pay me overtime.

They want me to accept pension proposals they mean I retire later and with a worse pension yet I have to pay more into it.

They want me to deliver more unaddressed mail but they want to remove the allowance I get for delivering it

But why should only the company benefit and not its workers. Our glorious leader made over Â£1,000,000 this year and Â£350,000 of it was bonuses, we got 92p is that fair.

Now they are trotting out Royal Mail propaganda.

I do enjoy my jobs that's why I am fighting to keep it. AL and AC are trying to asset strip Royal Mail so they can sell if off to private companies and make a killing for themselves.

The pay is below average unless you have been reading AL & AC propaganda. Â£440 per week I wish more like Â£330 Gross and Â£210 take home.
