Holidays were booked before the strike and I (despite rumours) do have a lfe outside of the union, but was home in time to get to the picket line on that day. I am proud to say I have not missed a picket yet. But cannot help having holidays bookedGlenno wrote:good call but why book the hols in the first place![]()

I would be demanding a different way of booking should have 2 signatures to make it fair if the rest of the office have to get an ok for leave so should rep. Hate people abusing their positions reps should be for fair play.Glenno wrote:hey guys slow down & listen if u r hols r pre booked 18 mnths in advance as is the norm fair dooos
BUT if my cwu rep has access to the 2"aplus" & can book @ will what scenario would occur

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.
