Reps booking hols on Strike Days

I did and was seen and nothing has been said have been on picket through a/l and rest days when they have fallen on strike days.

At my DO we have to book 18 months in advance - I can see into Royal Mails future but strike days is a bit of a stretch.

Holidays were booked before the strike and I (despite rumours) do have a lfe outside of the union, but was home in time to get to the picket line on that day. I am proud to say I have not missed a picket yet. But cannot help having holidays booked

BUT if my cwu rep has access to the 2"aplus" & can book @ will what scenario would occur

I would be demanding a different way of booking should have 2 signatures to make it fair if the rest of the office have to get an ok for leave so should rep. Hate people abusing their positions reps should be for fair play.
