If say a strike is called on a Monday what happens if your shift starts Sunday and runs into Monday do you go in and work till 2400 and walk out then start again at 0001 Tuesday or just strike on shift that has most time on Monday ?

Because we are a 24 hour 6 days a week service the CWU nominate specific timings and also state whether those on shift at the time should stay in or go on strike.
On the 2007 and 2009 most of them told us to carry on working if we were on shift, or stay on strike if the strike started before the shift.
