special leave. urgent

i need the most up to date special leave guidance asap please folks,i understand I can get 3 days special leave bereavement with full pay,under special circumstances .my dom is prepared to do this ,but on his computer this morning nothing showed regarding this . He said if I can let him know where I got the special leave guidance from and print it off and show him I could poss get the time off.will need to take in tue morning.
