Thereby removing our ability to challenge any changes they want to introduce, including if they change the following 2 years pay rises. Any Union willing to accept a no strike deal without the details spelled out should not be allowed to be called a Union, like the CMA.

And the 3 year deal began on April 1st. So it's a two and a half year deal now, were it to be agreed.
