Re: How long is your duty?
We had our delivery methods last year, when we got bogged down with the tools we used good old fashioned negotiating. We have 90/10 ft pt split and got rid of pre starts to protect under the roof hours. Its indoor absorption which we prefer to having longer walks. We still have people complaining about the hcts but mainly they are the ones who used cars on delivery.

I get a 4 day week every few weeks and its the same for everyone in our office. Im sick of the people moaning about their heavy workload etc. Just say no.
Our rep is crap!, he`s just spent five months sitting in the office with the planner while somebody else has taken his walk out for him, he`s excepted everything that management and the planner have proposed, the walks are horrendous, and now he`s gone awfully quiet considering before he was such a gobshite, mmm..

Re: How long is your duty?
apparently all duties have been timed at 4 1/2 hours as has mine.......when i asked managenent to explain how that can work as im 24 hour contract and the total of my working day is 4 1/2 hours.....no bundling time, no travelling time etc, i was told 'dont worry we're extending your contracted hours'..........not without consulting me you aint!!!! and the union are fully aware of this s**t!
