extra 5 years and manager bonus

Iam i right?
If we lose this do i work an extra five years is this a saving of approx 50K to the company
If managers bonus is included in their pension how will this effect people like the As

we now work 5 extra years to get less but on the bright side we are sponsering the managers improved pension deal,we should be gratefull

if you dont fight we will all work another 5 years in my case i will be losing £10,000 per year.

Questions must be asked about how much A and A s pension will increase now managers bonuses are included when their pensions are calculated.

They must be laughing all way to the bank with that deal.

Worse then that perhaps lose £10000 pension and contribute for another five years!
