I'll hedge a bet ...the pre xmas deal will be in the short term, as RM is buying time to bring in sequencing software ...will be 4-6% 2 years deal from OCT 2007 ( no back pay )Bit like ROMEC ...network 2007 changes on flexible working in by Apr 2008...and pensions debate suspended longer than the current 60 day consultation period thus not an issue in the immediate future ....but this wont happen before RM accesses the amount of CWU support as of wednesday of this week ...whos on !
