Very few at our place will strike and I suspect that those who do strike around the country will only strike for a few days.

How else are you supposed to fight for what's right? It's not like working to rule would work, barely anyone does that now. Members go out without breaks, start early, don't use methods for their deliveries. So unfortunately strike is the only option we have. Their is strength in number so we should be united and stick together and fight for our terms as conditions. Stuff the £300 bonus, stuff years 2 and 3 pay rises with so many strings attached Pinocchio must have been the Royal Mail negotiator.
