It's the sheer arrogance of the man i.e. 'the CWU have caused this strike '-no Andy L&C bullied the CWU into the strike .Crozier went to Postcon in Jan & April so it's obvious RM were plotting a cunning plan. RM pulled a fast one at the eleventh hour so all the talks were a sham to stall things and buy RM Time.

sorry but "considering it has been caused by members of the Communication Workers Union." came from the Royal Mail spokesman
