hi, IM working Mail from June, now my manager suspened me bcos I was on unauthorised holiday for 2 day, he know about it 1 month ago, bcos I tried explain to him I booked my plane so Im going anyway, I dont wanna los 400pounds for ticket, The manager will not get me holiday for 2 days, and now Im sitting at home, the office doesnt call for me, no answer, the manager said that I have to wait for call or letter. No letter, no call from 4days,I dont have money now. What should I doing now? do they can regard me like that, like a dog???? any help please,

That's just like going AWOL in this job.
Bearing in mind he's probably a casual or at best on a temporary contract and still within his probationary period why is that ridiculous?

If English isn't his first language then there is a chance that his spelling and grammar won't be of the highest standard. I've certainly seen a lot worse from native English speakers.

I can't remember the written test during my interview but it was quite a few years ago so things may have changed. Passing the interview shouldn't be too hard providing he can speak English, read to a decent level and walk.

The story is by no means ridiculous and as for the earlier comment about his name, you people do realise that this is an internet forum and you can pretty much choose any name you like. This might surprise you but my real life name isn't CharlesSpooner
