what makes you think they will change it? the company makes 400 million a year do you really think they need to take the change out your pocket?

Are you serious? That is like saying my house is worth 200,000 so why would I want to make 250,000?

Anyone running the company are not doing it to run a fantastic service they are after a profit. Worse conditions = less pay = more profit = bigger dividend.
I thought this would be pretty simple to an average intelligence person!

reducing contracts because the company "needs to make the dividend" wont be a reasonable enough excuse.

making a loss would though.

they will no doubt try and change smaller things re the dividends....maybe grouping several delivery units together...sell off more land etc....that will affect more and more people.


when the inevitable loss happens (due to management incompetence) we the member will bear the brunt in the wage packet.

Just like the Goverments incompetence, we are having to bear the brunt in our wage packets across the board, for their fook ups too!
