saturday is only on next weeks wages if its a rest day being worked as overtime. if you work part of the week and and are off sick part of the week you get paid 5 days wages on the friday as normal

Unless they are a trialist or within their first 12 months with RM, you don't get any sick pay then.

As how this affects the OP it depends what the manager has reported to HR so you would need to get clarification from them. if you are a new starter it could be that you don't get paid anything this week if you returned after the pay reporting date.
