Doubt you'd get within 10 metres of her Pete. She'll have more CP than the US President. I suspect she'll be surrounded by a phalanx of Management Flunkies...all primed with the necessary Management Bullshit replies. ;liar

It would be nice to think that if you did ask a sensible question she would have the common decency to look into the problem and get back to you. However we all know we are only very small cogs in the RM Mail machine (from her point of view) and I expect she's just going through the PR exercise of meeting the Troops and shaking hands. :wave

Ask her if she knows, to within half an hour, what time she'll finish on any given day.

Ask her if she finds it really really difficult to simply finish at her proper finishing time on any particular day.

Ask her if she feels bullied into working way beyond her proper finishing time, doing overtime she doesn't want, leaving her children alone on a Saturday afternoon, as due to management incompetency and bullying, she is out delivering mail on a Saturday tea time.

If I could work my hours and finish at my proper finishing time, I wouldn't care about workload, packets, shares, or anything else. I'd just do my bit and go home.
Great post this is what i would ask to :Applause :Applause :Applause :Applause :Applause :Applause :Applause

Ask her about changing Saturday back to old format so we can get home for 12.30 or whatever. Rather than delivering at 2.40pm

She's coming here and having her little 'talk' at 3pm.............I don't finish until 2.20pm and there's no way for me to get to the Ramada for that time, maybe she should have visited each office but then that couldn't be stage managed as well as having a big meeting where only certain questions will be allowed to be asked (we where told that if we wanted a question asked then we'd have to submit it beforehand).

And that's the problem with these visits, they are so stage managed that nobody really gets to ask something that gets these people a bit out of their comfort zone.

Did ask questions re- dutch model of delivery that had been muted as the way forward for years and the race to the bottom.
Answered a bit on this in how was your day thread.
