Door & Gate Passes
Why do Angard or RM supply casuals with door & gate passes?
I attended a 6 / 6 on a Saturday and ended waiting for over 20 mins to gain entry to the car park alone and a further 10mins to get into the building.
Surely it can't be for security reasons as we have had all the checks done.
Just seems a bit backwards.
Anyone?

Re: Door & Gate Passes
Because you're a casual staffer - that way you are seen in and seen out. If we gave you cards you could turn up on a day you're not working a lot easier, go home early etc etc. Plus some poor bugger would have to enable the cards and disable cards from the system once Christmas was over. This way you know you're not staff, we know you're not staff, you don't get access at will, only when wanted.Kelvedwards wrote:Door & Gate Passes
