I am on contract with 14-hours, Monday (4 hours) and Saturday (10 hours). Do you think that is it possible to "delete" Mondays and to stay with the 10-hours Saturday?

Sorry but thats not a question that can be answered with any authority on here. You NEED to speak to your manager as they ultimately have the final say so.
