Criminal Record?

Hi, I'm interested in applying for the christmas casuals position (lates) at my local RM centre. I'm currently employed part time through the day, but really want to save up for a car hence wanting to work nights.

However, I have a couple of Public Order offences (most recent was two years ago) and a possession of class B drugs (5 years ago). I'm only 21 and i've wisened up since, is it still worth me applying?

If the convictions are spent which is likely then they won't be an issue.
