Is this a sensible course of action when o/t arrears go on for weeks/months, despite informing management of missing pay weekly and always informing management of o/t being needed to complete before leaving the depot?
If I was out of pocket on overtime I would now go straight to Small Claims Court, with an email to Moya explaining why I have not used her grievance procedures.
We had a manager who had no good name left to be tarnished and he was still getting grievances/B&H forms filled in against him. I believe he was eventually sacked for something else but is now back working for RM?!
For best success of any grievance it would to have a racial, sexual orientation, transgender or disability context to really put the frighteners up them. PC brigade is very strong on this one.
