ok here goes:

royal mail employ you, they have the right to tell you how to work, when to work. you do not employ royal mail. if you wish to continue to work for them change. which leads me to if you dont like it leave.

What a plank you are Adolf.

If you don't like it, say bollocks to it, and fight to change it.

:no no Tut - tut - tut MP

Royal Mail is a Government owned public service. run by Messier Crozier and Leighton, who every year have sat down and negotiated terms and conditions for its employers with the union.

In engaging the union into the negotiated terms of our employment - we (the workers) are therefore allowed to be balloted and if necessary take strike action on said results.

Since when have Royal Mail been allowed to turn into a dictator ship? and impose change?

Again I ask you why should we get another job?

i dont care what u say, you are an employee, paid by your employer. they tell you how to work. if you dont like it, let someone else take your job who would be glad of it.

But MP they don't tell us how to work, all the terms and conditions over the years have been negotiated, theres absolutely no point in getting stroppy with me if you cannot give a reasoned explanation as to why a work force who are represented by the union should leave.
