Got Job Offer With Parcelforce Induction Monday Help Wanted!

Alright guys I am really excited about starting work with the company as I have been out of work for a while now but would like some help before my induction on Monday

1. I applied for a Warehouse/Mail sorter role but in my conformation email it says I have been offered the role as customer service provider?????

2. My contract is on a part time/full time basis for 20 hours is there any chance I will be able to get more hours then what I have scheduled

3. I know it's silly but I have no idea of what I will be getting paid lol. It didn't say on the website when I applied nor did it say in my confirmation email. Any idea on the sort of pay I will be on????

Nice one on getting the job.

1 - Customer Service Provider is the pay grade so don't worry as if you applied for sorter that's wgat you will ne doing. I'm a driver but my job title is also CSP.

2 - You will almost certainly be offered extra hours especially in run up to Christmas.

3 - Pay is £16k ish for my 40 hour contract so about half that is a rough guide (it's about £8.50 an hour).

1 We are all rated customer service providers. Sorters usually work nights unload wagons load vans.
2 It`s almost a requirement to work extra, I started 15 years ago on 20 hrs was on 30 by two weeks and full time by six. Obviously you cant expect to be as jammy as me but there is virtually always overtime.
3 about twenty grand a year full time part time pro rata payed monthly. May be lower rate for a while after starting cant remember but it isn`t that long.
