Unfortunately you have to wait 3 years to cash them in, though there are tax implications if you do. After 5 years no implications.

Fortunately I have no idea if you are used to waiting that long for .......... .
Well you can certainly take my word I've waited even longer :chuckle

Another cunning little ploy- says you have 25 days for them to receive your opt out decision...hmm what if theres a strike and they don't receive the form in time?!

They could've at least sent the opt out form as an e mail

No. It never was.
The societies of consumption and squandering of material resources are incompatible with the idea of economic growth and a clean planet.

I think the implication is we got sod all from colleague shares and the likely hood is the same with these another empty promise from the lying toe-rags political and management.
Don't believe this crap about forcing the Labour party to reverse any decision that this government make because they will worm their way out of it in some way or other:- lack of time or money or whatever

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

Royal Mail shares in 5 years will likely be trading at well below the IPO value... My guest is it might be well below 50%.

Of course, it is Free but it is not exactly what they have been advertising and wasting a whole rainforest in propaganda bumf.

My fear now is that there will be a lot more string attached to these shares...
