The be all and end all of it is they don't give a f**k, even if you are a good worker they don't give a f**k.. you were just a number. I also explained about the contract an how it couldn't of been made permanent in June as both himself and another manager had confirmed with me it was till September. Again he said he was as confused as me, as he checked it Saturday and it said Monday the 9th and could only have been changed that morning by HR or someone above him.
He also admitted, that he and any other manager for that matter, should of said I wouldn't be sent out anymore as that's the whole point of the sector reserve's contracts. Of course none of this actually helps me in anyway.
I also just reiterated the fact it's been one whole f**k up since day one, induction wise/no reviews/no I.d/no change over etc....How it was a waste of an employee that's just been trained up for those months and now I'm basically f****d three months before Christmas with having no job. I've worked hard and Royal Mail basically let me down and couldn't give a s**t.
I said I'd be speaking to the union if my pay is f****d up as well, as I was willing to work a weeks notice if needed but got told I never needed to.
Basically that's it, end of. Cant say I'll be recommending working for Royal Mail anytime soon. Not because of the other posties of course but management and the f***ers above them.
