Royal Mail pays you to work 39 hours is our clueless DOMs favourite line if you get back before your finish time we have to ask him if there is any more work needs doing....he has always gone usually to a phantom meeting

Funny that. The DOM in our office 'never finishes early', but is often attending meetings 2 or 3 hours before their finishing time, sometimes 6 days a week.Beaker54 wrote:Royal Mail pays you to work 39 hours is our clueless DOMs favourite line if you get back before your finish time we have to ask him if there is any more work needs doing....he has always gone usually to a phantom meeting

Your not up to business standards, that's the standards and that's that, there not my standards but the standards of the hierarchy.
We have to justify that spend, but don't cut off because that's even worse.
Like we talked about the STANDARDS!
