Would there be any need for a Saturday only guy?
Ive just started a new job, which will keep me busy, 5 days a week Monday-Friday, and ive had the post card from Royal Mail, and was wondering would they be interested in my doing Saturdays only? year round it does not seem too bad, but that is 3 shifts maximum over Christmas, is it even worth applying?

They sometimes recruit Christmas casuals for Saturday and Sunday but not heard of any for just Saturday.

well when I was Xmas casual last year we put our name on a list and ticked what day we wanted and got a call every day that we wrote down for (might work differently in other places) but they didn't seem to care how many you did or didn't do.wamdue wrote:that may become an issue if I get the 9 to 5 shift.Justanotherstar wrote:Just don't tell them you're only planning on working saturdays...
