Just put business insurance on your policy and be done with it. It does not cost a lot and if your insurance record is good that normally don't charge any extra..

If the office has had a delivery methods revision not only is the Insurance Bond withdrawn but also permission to use your own vehicle for Royal Mail business purposes whether you have valid insurance or not.

I agree fishtank but so many people keep moaning about the situation so if you want to use your car just put it on and stop the moaning. My own advice is just dont use your car and they will get you out to start of your delivery
