The (lying) Courier
Got my copy yesterday. As usual, didn't open it as it's inevitably going to be full of lies and Stalinist propoganda.
If those striking commie posties ever get back to work, :cfo :lfo I'm sending mine back as unsolicited mail as I've asked previously that it's not to be sent to me.
What do the rest of you propose to do with "Alan's Monthly Liar"?
I'd like to stick it up Doziers butt and light it but the overbonused one (overpaid public service employee Prime Minister - get it sorted - you're all in favour of reigning in public sector pay!!!!!!) is too elusive these days. I guess the Royal Mail rent boy has his career after us to think of...

It amazes me that they have the disrespect for the public having their propaganda magazine delivered ahead of the strike action. This really shows how far the public has fallen in their estimations in recent years. When my office has Mailsort stuffed in every spare space which cannot be delivered you would think this would take priority over Royal Mails personal mailings. Obviously not

I always send it back 'Refused'. Years ago, this piece of crap used to be sent around offices in a big bundle which would remain unopened for days on end until the cleaner binned it. Their way of getting you to read it was to go from a tabloid, to a colour magazine and send it directly to your address. It's still crap, only it's brightly coloured crap. If I wanted to read anti-working class crap, I'd buy The Sun.

We open ours up at work and rip the p*** out of the jobsworth tw*ts in there.
Anyone see the 2 page spread about the team that 'not just broke the record but smashed it'?
Little do they probably realise that now they can do it once they'll be expected to do this everytime!
And when they get that 'efficient' regularly the team will be cut and one or more of them will be binned off!
The clueless fools are their own worse enemies!

Latest! TPO's to go The Courier
What about that DC that had been "recently" closed "due to competition " on the front page. Turned out it had been mothballed for two years before .I love all those posed shots with the smiling faces , I thought that wooden style of photography had gone out decades before . The best one was the local zoo 16 people were needed to tray off into letter trays i.e. 1st mech, 1st manual, i1st flats and the second class letters and flats "according"to the photo .The other picture was a "postman" "talking" of the "great royal mail deal "-the reality was a LA in the car park. There was one dickhead from our office in there a few months ago saying how great the later starts are. He doesn't work Saturdays, but when he did, it was one mad rush for him because he was a semi-pro playing for TNS and Rhyl FC. He wouldn't have thought the later starts were so great then. He's just been told he's goint to be a screw. There's a surprise!norbet colon wrote:What about that DC that had been "recently" closed "due to competition " on the front page.
