That's OK I hate refuse & recycling collection drivers, even if there is room to pull over they wont, they just 'stop - start' in the middle of the road, they don't care how many cars are waiting, then they just leave the bins anywhere, blocking drives and pathways.
Perhaps the environmental H&S desk jockeys ought to follow them around.
