sick pay conditions policy

Post by oldpostie »

Can anyone point me in the direction of the
sick pay conditions policy
As referred to in the new attendance procedure..
I've searched this section using the search this forum
Search box .....

Or advise on an issue:
A member who has been told they
Will only receive statatuary state sick pay until a
Decision can be made following a meeting to validate how genuine
The reason for absence is...

I know that inline with previous and current agreement
All absences are to be considered genuine.

It's better to have agreements on paper to shove up em though.
I have a copy of new attendance.
Just require sick pay policy.

Thank you
.....

I am looking for the Service Level Agreement for Door to Door Contracts. What I mean by that is where would I find the specifications for Door to Door as regards to the service we provide when it comes to Door To Doors. In particular multiple occupancies 1 item per letter box or 1 item per household behind that letterbox?

Is there such a thing?
My place,1 letter box,10 flats behind it,10 d2d's....which is what is being paid for by the sender.

I hope there is such a thing as they are altering the A+ in order to reduce the Door to Door items and so reduce indoor working hours. So I need to see the type of document described. If anyone knows where I can find it please put out there.

Someone on here must know something!

Anyhoo, can't see how they can get away with fecking about with whatever they are fecking about with, what dp's on the walks are......what they are and the d2d's as such must match bar the non residential dp's.

Anyone else?
