2. He says the union are not going back to the members and getting ideas of their positions regarding the offers. Well on the other site if you keep deleting non abusive posts just because you don't agree with them its no surprise that they don't visit your site to get a balanced view. I suspect that senior CWU people do lurk on here to get a feeling of what's going on, and if they do they know we dont delete or ban people for an opposing view just if they are being continually abusive, or are here for no reason but trolling.

If the cwu came back to me with royal mails proposals I would seriously question what I am paying subs for , I only want them to come back to me when there is something worth looking at. :lfo :cfo

Watched the 2230 bulletin and there's an interview with someone who has "had enough" of the strikes and is going back to work.

Also according to the "other site" the person being interviewed is SuperAdmin.

Did anyone watch the local Tyne Tees bulletin as it was on there too.

SuperScab is on their boasting about his interview thinking he is a bigshot the guy is a attention seeking fud trying to make himself look more important .... he is just your typical spineless pr!ck .... maybe evolution might catch up with his sometime .... but i won't hold my breath on that count

Also one other point, I would like to raise. How can the Chairman of RM also be on the board of one of RM’s main competitors without there being a conflict of interest? His none appearance at the latest talks speaks volumes for his desire to solve the current dispute.

where can i find some proof that leighton is on board of one of our competitors. ?
i would love to be able to stick something up in our office about this.

It's usually managers who say that. Not that any of them are skilled. In fact, the vast majority wouldn't be managers anywhere else. It's not as if they do any actual managing at Royal Mail. Anyone can tip a few bags, put out a few trays, move a few Yorks, bully a new starter, swill endless cups of tea. Well easy!

What other industry can you walk into a job as a casual worker and within six months be a manager??? The way it was done when i first started was much better, you done all the different jobs, deliveries, processing and collections, i know its different now, but they learnt the job by doing the job for a minimum of 2 years, then and only then could you apply to be a PHG, if you didnt pass this, then you would never have become a manager, and although, some of these managers were right bastards at least they knew what they were talking about, and i for one had some kinda respect for 'em, not much, but a f***ing site more than any of the ones we have now.......
