Just a wild stab in the dark, but I think people moan on here because they are less likely to end up in the s**t for it.
It may also have something to do with the fact that we are fed up of being treated like crap, being bullied, lied to, given more work, having to fight just to get paid for the work we do, working with morons.......for morons.

I enjoy my job but i do work in an office that has decent managers(not all of them) that seem very fair and actually listen to your views.But i can certainly see how the job could be bad if you were in a badly run office.Well hey ho they aare not all bad,it is just like anything,you will always see the bad things about company's posted but rarely anything positive.

The job we joined for has been undermined and in the next couple of years will be stolen from us.
The majority of Royal Mail staff have done long service and still have a public service ethos.

That's why I've done 16 years, and and 47 people in my DO have been there longer than me, it's not because none of them have ever managed to find another job is it?

I don't mind them as long as they are genuine and can engage in realistic discussions, unfortunately, as before when the previous strikes were looming, we get an influx of "courier look-a-likes" who post along the lines of why do you complain, leave if you don't like it, I am not striking and what have the CWU ever done for us. The problem being that although they are good debating points, the posters never actually debate, they post and then disappear.

But to be fair, everyone has an an agenda and I have no doubt we get extreme left agitators on here as well. I am considered a militant, and my views are very left wing and my agenda is question the Union, but support it when its members speak. If everyone was honest with their agenda RMC would go from strength to strength. Unhappily a lot of people can't accept that people have a right to a different view, and others pigeon hole everyone.

obviously the office you work at must be easy or maybe your not on delivery or not on p/l yet(probably a manager)
walks in my office are supposed to be 3 1/2 hours most take 4 hours plus now even when it is quieter (been like this since june 2011 when we had a revision to p/l ) when its busy you get harrased bullied etc lots of complaint forms gone in about our manager and nothing been done and he has been there about 4 years,he got moved from another office because of too many complaints from staff.

i do work to my time have not done 1 mins overtime for about 5 years but he says its a piece of piss well it certainly is not at my office i can assure you. the manager said there may be some evr coming up and he printed about 5 forms off at the end of the week there was about 70 filled in, staffing at my office is about 110
