So in 2012 i worked for royal mail as a casual and now i need a reference, where can i get it from?

It will depend on who you were employed by,
If you were employed via Angard you will need to contact them at Angard.Referencing@Reedglobal.com.
If you were employed by Royal Mail directly then you will need to send them a Consent for third party enquiry form to Third Party Enquiries, Pay Services, Royal Mail, Pond Street, Sheffield, S98 6HR. You should already have been given a copy of this form.
