COULD ANYONE POST INFO ON HOW LONG YOU HAVE TO BE EMPLOYED BY ROYAL MAIL TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A CAREER BREAK , ETC, ETC

I think it's 2yrs,also sick record is taken into account.Check with personnel,they should have leaflets available explaining all about career breaks.

In my contract it says a minimum of two years service with "good" attendance. The career break itself is 3 years I think and you have to work a minimum of 2 weeks each year you are having your break. (e.g if going to Uni the two weeks would be through the summer...)
