Forget ACAS, RM very rarely deal with them.
Get RM appeal in, they say 3 Days but Employment law says you have 5 days.

DO NOT WAIT TO LODGE AN ET1.
Royal Mail will spin it out beyond the 3 month debarment limit.
It's an old trick.
You can always withdraw the ET1 if you win your appeal.
The only advice I could give you is make sure you don't change your story as appeals managers will pick up on this but as you have admitted you committed offence your only hope is you come out with suspended dismissal and 2 year serious on your record. Your previous record to me is the thing that can save you. Good luck
ok, so i had my appeal with a bloke called geoff kytes, the cwu was my representation (paul kennedy cwu) who i think done a wonderful job, im just waiting for the notes so i can sign them before royal mail make a final decision, i am really hoping that i win, i am in a absolute pickle trying to find another job,
