you must be all kissing a**! our office is a nightmare,managers make it up different every day,high or low traffic makes no odds,we are pressured into taking our 'savings',
if you can't you have to explain (daily) why you cant do it when they know full well you cant do it in your duty time,then we are told 'oh we will pay you overtime' ! then don't get paid it,

Sorry ; don't moan. Just don't do the 'savings' (unless you have time) ...You are not under pressure . I have not done a minute of Summer Lapsing , unless i have the time to do so . So , I have not done a minute. No pressure , no problems. Just be firm , be polite and explain that you do not have time.

Managers can make up any traffic figure they like. Do you have time within your duty is the only question to be answered.
